We use Organizer Data to provide the Services to the Organizer, and to provide support to the Organizer.
Ulsav uses the Organizer data that it collects on behalf of the Organizer through the event Portal, to provide the Participant with the service(s) of registering for an event online, making an online payment, subscribing to a newsletter or otherwise registering for an online form on behalf of the Client. Postal and email address information, for example, enables communication about services/items offered and ordered, as well as the proper provisioning and billing of those services (email sales receipts, for example).
Ulsav may involve other companies or vendors to carry out certain functions in marketing and delivering services to you (such as processing data files and sending the Visitor new order fulfillment information), and so may share data with those vendors to the extent necessary for them to perform their work. Ulsav may generate non-identifying and aggregate profiles from Organizer Data. Ulsav may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to improve its products and services, and for marketing purposes. For example, Ulsav may use this data to compare the performance of different events, and to understand the demographics of the participants, and to improve the services provided to the Organizer.
We use the information – other than Organizer Data – to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service; to provide the services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and to provide support to users of the Service.
