This Privacy Policy applies to all of our "Sites", including https://ulsav.com, and all Portals that we provide to any Organizer, and that links to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs our collection, processing and use of your Personal Data. By using any of our Sites, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Sites.
"Organizer Data" is the data that is part of an event Portal provided to Organizer by Ulsav, and includes the data of the Organizer, the data of the Organizer’s employees, and the data of the participants of the Organizer’s events. Ulsav is a data processor for the Organizer Data, and the Organizer is the data controller.
Ulsav is not responsible for the content of the Personal Data contained in the Organizer Data at the discretion of the Organizer, nor is Ulsav responsible for the manner in which the Organizer collects, handles disclosure, distributes or otherwise processes such information.
When you register on an event Portal, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and other information entered to register for your for passes/tickets, on behalf of the event Organizer, for whom we are the Data Processors. This information is passed to, and self-managed by the event Organizer. We do not use, or shared this with any other party. We do not have control over how the event Organizer may use, share or store such information.
We require that the event Organizer comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection, processing, and use of this data, and publish a privacy policy that describes how they collect, process, and use this data. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of the event Organizer before registering for an event.
An Organizer or Client may also store or upload into Organizer Data through their Portal. Ulsav has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it stores or processes on behalf of the Organizer. Each Organizer is responsible for providing notice to its visitors and third persons concerning the purpose for which Organizer collects their Personal Data and how this Personal Data is processed in or through the Service or Portal as part of Organizer Data.
We also collect your IP address and browser details to protect against spam, and fraud. We may also collect your usage information, such as pages visited, links clicked, non-sensitive text entered, and mouse movements, as well as information more commonly collected such as the referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, and Internet Service Provider ("Usage Information"). We may use this data to operate the Services, maintain and improve the performance and utilization of the Services, prevent fraud, and to tailor the Services to you. These are anonymized and aggregated before being used for any purpose, and do not identify you personally.
You may opt out from the collection of navigation information about your visit to the Site by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out feature - https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
From our Portals, when purchasing passes or tickets, you may be directed to TrabodaPay or to the event Organizer’s payment gateway provider for payment processing. TrabodaPay is a payment checkout and processing service operated by Traboda CyberLabs Private Limited.
The transactions that go through TrabodaPay are processed through PayTM Payment Gateway in the backend. From users, TrabodaPay may request payment instrument information, such as credit card or debit card or UPI or other payment instrument details. This information is used only to complete the transaction, and no payment instrument information is stored on any of our Sites.
By using TrabodaPay service, you are also bound by the privacy policy of TrabodaPay, which is available at https://pay.traboda.com/privacy.
Any payment information collected are directly passed to, and are processed by PayTM, who may according to their privacy policy store certain information required by law and to provide you with the service. We do not have control over how PayTM may use such information, please refer to their privacy policy for more details.
We are currently in the process of certifying our compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and have implemented the necessary security controls to protect your payment information. We will update this policy once we have completed the certification process.
We use Organizer Data to provide the Services to the Organizer, and to provide support to the Organizer.
Ulsav uses the Organizer data that it collects on behalf of the Organizer through the event Portal, to provide the Participant with the service(s) of registering for an event online, making an online payment, subscribing to a newsletter or otherwise registering for an online form on behalf of the Client. Postal and email address information, for example, enables communication about services/items offered and ordered, as well as the proper provisioning and billing of those services (email sales receipts, for example).
Ulsav may involve other companies or vendors to carry out certain functions in marketing and delivering services to you (such as processing data files and sending the Visitor new order fulfillment information), and so may share data with those vendors to the extent necessary for them to perform their work. Of course, such partners and vendors must use that Personal Data only for the purpose(s) for which it was shared and protect it from any further use.
We may use your Personal Data to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. We may also use your Personal Data to enforce our Terms of Service, and to protect the security and integrity of our Services. We may also use your Personal Data to protect against legal liability.
This applies to all Personal Data that we collect, including the Personal Data of the Organizer, the Organizer’s employees, and all of Organizer Data.
We use data to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our Visitors and Participants, to improve the Service, and to develop new products, services, feature, and functionality. Should this purpose require Ulsav to process Organizer Data, then the data will only be used in anonymized or aggregated form.
Ulsav may generate non-identifying and aggregate profiles from Organizer Data. Ulsav may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to improve its products and services, and for marketing purposes. For example, Ulsav may use this data to compare the performance of different events, and to understand the demographics of the participants, and to improve the services provided to the Organizer.
We use the information – other than Organizer Data – to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service; to provide the services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and to provide support to users of the Service. We process Organizer Data solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable Organizer.
We may use your email address or other information – other than Organizer Data – to contact you for administrative purposes such as customer service, to address intellectual property infringement, right of privacy violations or defamation issues related to the Organizer Data or Personal Data posted on the Services.
We may also use your email address or other information – other than Organizer Data – to send you promotional communications. You can opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the instructions provided in those communications. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Data in our possession. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or confidentiality. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on our Sites, and you do so at your own risk. We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
If you believe your Personal Data has been compromised, please contact us as set forth in the “Contact Us” section. If we learn of a security systems breach, we will inform you and the authorities of the occurrence of the breach in accordance with applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password or other form of authentication involved in accessing password-protected or secured resources.
Your personal data is stored with us as long as we deem it necessary for the provision of our Services. We may also store your data for as long as the law requires. We will delete your data when it is no longer needed, or anonymize it for statistical purposes.
This deletion of your data will not change or delete identifiable information which may have already been shared with third parties, as permitted in this Privacy Policy or any other agreement between you and us.
Ulsav, in the capacity of data processor, with respect to the Organizer Data (including that of Participants of the Organizer events), shall retain such data as long as required by the Organizer to provide the Services to the Organizer. The Organizer is responsible for defining the data retention period for the Organizer Data, taking into consideration the applicable laws and regulations.
The Organizer shall define the data retention period for the Organizer Data that it controls through the Portal, taking into account the purpose for which the data was collected, the legal basis for processing the data, and the applicable laws and regulations. The Organizer shall be responsible for ensuring that the data retention period shall not exceed the period required to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, and shall be responsible for deleting the data after the data retention period has expired.
All Organizer Data, including that of participants of their events, unless deleted by the Organizer, shall continue to be retained by Ulsav in accordance with any applicable agreements between Ulsav and the Organizer, and shall be deleted after the expiry of such agreements.
However, Ulsav may retain some portion of the personal data for longer periods of time, if required to do so to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Ulsav, as a data processor, allows Organizers who are the data controllers, to remove any of its data including the data of the Participant from Ulsav through their admin portal.
In case any of the participant from an Organizer event wants to remove their personal data, they can request account deletion from their account settings directly in the event Portal, or by sending a deletion request mail to [email protected].
In such cases, the personal data of participants will be removed permanently by Ulsav. However, kindly note that -
Our Sites may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
Third parties are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy with respect to Personal Data that you provide directly to those third parties or that those third parties collect for themselves. We do not control the third-party sites that may be accessible through our Services. Thus, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information you provide to third-party sites or gathered by the third parties that operate them.
We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Using the Ulsav platform, Organizers may conduct events that are open to children under the age of 13. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the Organizer to ensure that they have the necessary consent from the parent or guardian of the child to collect and use such information. Also, Ulsav recommends that Organizers do not collect any sensitive personal information of children under the age of 13, and that the parent or guardian of the child complete the registration process on behalf of the child.
Organizers may collect personal information from children under the age of 13 for the purpose of registration for events. This information is collected by the Organizer on their own behalf, and Ulsav does not have control over how the Organizer may use such information. Please refer to the Organizer’s privacy policy for more details. However, as a Data Processor, Ulsav may collect and store such information on behalf of the Organizer, and may use such information to provide the Services to the Organizer. It shall also remove such information as per the Data Removal section of this policy.
Other than the above, Ulsav does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. If we make any material change/s to the Policy, we will notify you via email, through a notification posted on the Services, or as required by applicable law. You can see when the Policy was last updated by checking the date at the bottom of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective from when they are posted on this page.
