Can I use my own payment gateway?

Ulsav allows you to bring your own payment gateway. We support popular payment gateways, and you would only need to pay for the services you use and not for payments.

Can I use my own domain?

Ulsav can be setup on your own domain, and thus you can sell passes and collect registrations directly from your website. We also provide a free subdomain for your event, if you don't have a website. Our team can help you setup your domain, if you need help.

Will I be able to White-label Ulsav Platform?

Your instance of Ulsav can be fully themed and customized to match your event, with your logo. There will be only minimal Ulsav branding across the website. For enterprise customers, we can also provide a fully white-labeled solution.

How long does it take to set up my event on Ulsav?

Setting up your event including configuring the landing pages, adding events and pass details, and registration forms takes no more than a few hours. However, to collect payments, you would need to complete a KYC process and contract signing, which can take upto 2 days. Our team can help you with the entire process, and also offer a free training on how to use Ulsav.

Can I use Ulsav for free?

Ulsav is free to use for free events. You can use all the features of Ulsav for free, and there are no limits on the number of attendees or registrations. There are also many tools and features that are free to use for paid events, as well as those having very generous free usage limits.
