Organizers can easily setup the Ulsav platform on a sub-domain or custom domain for collecting registrations and managing their events. By default, the Ulsav platform is available at a branded sub-domain of Ulsav.
Every sub-event listed on Ulsav also have a unique shareable URL that can be used to share the event on social media or other platforms. This URL can be customized by the organizer as well.
You can export the registration details of your event as a CSV / Excel file, and download it. This file will contain all the details of the participants who have registered for your event, and can be used for further processing, or for importing into other systems.
Allow your participants to login to your event registration portal using your institution's official email address through SSO/OAuth login. We support all major work/enterprise email providers. This lets you restrict registrations to only your institution's students, faculty and staff, or otherwise restrict access to specific events, give special discounted passes etc. to internal participants. It also ofcourse makes the registration process much more convenient for your participants, as they do not have to enter extra information, remember passwords or verify their email address.
Organizers can also collect offline registrations for their events through our Point-of-Sale (POS) solution at the venue, or while doing physical marketing. Volunteers from the organizer will be able to initiate registrations for participants, generate payment link or QR code, and collect payments from the participants. There is also support for collecting cash payments, and tracking it in the system.
Organizers can collect registrations for their events online, collect attendee information, and payments. Attendees can see the list of events and register for them, from any device from laptop to mobile, from anywhere in the world, at any time.
After a participant registers for an event, the organizer will be notified and can view the registration details in the dashboard. The organizer can also export the registration details as they wish as well.
With social auth, SSO/OAuth logins, and WhatsApp OTP, we support passwordless registration and logins for your participants, without compromising on security. This makes the registration process much more convenient for your participants, as they do not have to enter extra information, remember passwords or verify their email. On the other hand, you get verified email addresses and mobile numbers of your participants, which is also now harder to spoof or share across.
You can schedule the registration for your event to start and end at a specific date and time. Since you also have the option to create multiple types of passes for your event, you can also schedule the registration for each pass type separately.
Upon successful registration, the participant will receive a confirmation message on their email address. This message will contain the details of the registration, and a link to access the registration details on Ulsav Dashboard. You can also customize the email template, and also configure to send an invoice along with the confirmation message.
Collect numbers and allow your participants to verify their numbers through an OTP sent as SMS on to their mobile numbers. We support sending SMS to domestic (India) and international numbers, and verifying their numbers. Further, we also have an innovative WhatsApp based mobile number verification system as well.
Participants can quickly register and access their account using their existing social accounts on platforms like Google, X (Twitter), Facebook, etc. This removes friction, while offering the same level of verification and security, without needing to send a email verification link, remembering a password, etc.
As participants are now using Social Logins, they are also now less likely to share their account with others, as that would mean they need to also share their social account credentials.
Collect whatsapp numbers and allow your participants to verify their numbers through an OTP directly sent to their WhatsApp. This is a quick, convenient and secure way to get verified whatsapp and mobile numbers of participants.
With UlsavPay, participants can pay for their registrations using all major payment methods like UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI etc. UlsavPay is powered by PayTM and offers a highly secure, and reliable payment experience.
You can restrict payments on UlsavPay to only specific payment methods. This can be set globally, event-wise or event pass-wise. For example, you can restrict payments to only UPI, or only Net Banking, or to a specific bank's card (say, HDFC Credit Card).

Organizers can create multiple types of passes for their events. For example, you can create a "Early-Bird Pass" and a "VIP Pass" for your event. Each pass type can have a different price, and can be scheduled to be available for registration at different times, and also be restricted to specific payment methods, or audience groups.
You can also allow discounts for specific pass, and specify the number of passes available for each pass type.
Organizers can setup audience groups for their events. For example, "Students", "Professionals", "Alumni" etc. Each participant can choose their audience group while registering, and based on this, you can create and restrict the passes to specific audience groups.
With this feature you can make passes available only to specific audience groups, which can have specific pricing, number of slots, discounts, availability time, etc.
Organizers can set the number of passes available for each pass type. Participants will not be able to register once the slots are full.This can be used to create scarcity and urgency for the passes, and of-course to limit the number of participants for the event.
These slots can be set globally, or for each pass type separately. They may also be updated at any time.
Organizers can add custom content blocks, each with a title, and a content section that comes with a WYSIWYG / Markdown editor, and supporting image & file uploads. These content blocks can be used to create sections like - prerequisites, rules, judging criteria etc.
You can define multiple types of events on Ulsav, such as Workshops, Competitions, Talks, etc. Each event type can have different properties, and can be configured separately. Every event can then be categorized into one of these event types, and can be filtered / browsed by the participants based on the event type.
Add frequently asked questions (FAQs) to your event page, and answer them. This can be used to answer common questions that participants may have about your event, and can be used to reduce the number of support queries you receive.
Participants will be able to mark their favorite events on Ulsav, and will be notified when the registration for the event opens, additional slots / passes are released, when its about to close etc. Further they will see these on their dashboard, so that they can quickly find them.
For organizers, this a great feature, because through this organizers can see the interest for their events, and can plan accordingly. They can also use this to notify the participants, check conversions, and target specific users for specific events while marketing.
Organizers can use the Ulsav Scan WebApp to check-in participants for their events by scanning the QR code issues to them. This can be done from any device with a browser and camera, including laptop, tablet or smartphone.
The system also features a fallback option to manually enter participant identity such as event registration ID, email address, phone number, etc. in case the QR code is not available.
Organizers can create custom check-in sessions for their events, where they can configure which events and passes are allowed to be checked-in. This can be used to create separate check-in sessions for different venues, or for different days, etc. as well as to combine multiple events into a single check-in session, such as for gate passes, etc.
If the participant has a valid pass for any of the events configured for the check-in session, they will be allowed to check-in.
Organizers can view the real-time statistics of each check-in session, including the number of participants checked-in, the number of participants who have not checked-in yet, etc.
Organizers can setup as many check-in sessions as they want, and for each session, they can check-in participants from any number of devices at the same time. This can be used to setup multiple check-in points at the same venue, or to setup check-in points at different locations, etc.
Organizers will be able to give access to multiple volunteer accounts to check-in participants at the same time, and specify which check-in sessions they can check-in participants for.
The system will ensure a participant is not checked-in more than once for a given check-in session, unless explicitly allowed in session settings.
Design your certificate template using Canva embedded in Ulsav, or import your own certificate template, and use it to generate certificates for your participants. You can also use our professional services to design your certificate templates.
Alongside the certificate template, you can also define variables that can be used to customize the content of the certificate for each participant. For example, you can define a variable for the participant's name, and use it in the certificate template, and it will be replaced with the actual name of the participant when the certificate is generated.
You can issue multiple types of certificates for an event, such as participation certificate, winner certificate, etc. Each of these would have a different template, and through setting up variables, you can customize the content of each certificate.
Every generated certificate will have a unique url, that can be used to view the certificate. This url will be valid for lifetime, and can be shared by the participant on their social media profiles, added to their LinkedIn profile, etc. This helps build trust and credibility to your certificates, and also helps in marketing your event.

Ulsav platform can be also used purely as a headless backend with its flexible, well-documented GraphQL APIs that organizer teams can use to build their own custom frontend. This can be used to build a completely custom frontend, or to integrate with your existing website, or to integrate with other platforms, etc.
For every event, we create a unique instance of the Ulsav platform, which is exclusive for your event. Only your event, and sub-events will be listed on this instance, and only your participants will be able to register for your event. Your event will not be competing with other events for registrations unlike in other platforms, while also you get to completely customize and brand your event portal.
We can set up the Ulsav platform to run in your events or institutions domain or subdomain. This can be used to create a seamless experience for your participants, and also to build brand, trust and credibility.
For our privileged customers, we offer a whitelabeled version of the Ulsav platform, where we shall completely remove all Ulsav branding. Organizers can configure sync the registration details of your event with a Google Sheet. This will allow you to access the registration details in real-time, and also share the details with other team members who have access to the Google Sheet. This sheet will be updated in real-time as new registrations are received.
